Founder
Peter Jabaly
I began my legal career with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General before transitioning to private practice. Having worked in both the public and private sector, I have accumulated experience and knowledge that has proved invaluable.
In my practice, I focus on business matters. However, my experience also spans complex immigration cases, corporate regulations, small business growth strategy, and more.
I have also formerly served as Chair of the D.C. Bar Trial Practice Subcommittee.
My business-focused publications in the Oxford Journal of Intellectual Property & Practice have been cited by the World Intellectual Property Organization and the International Trademark Association.
